FAQs

D-Link DDS is currently valid on selected consumer products. The product list is available on D-Link service website www.dlink.co.in/dds/. Further, products that carry D-Link DDS support have an DDS sticker pasted on the box.

Registration is not required and DDS Service is absolutely free. D-Link is offering this premium service free.

For Customer there are four easy options DDS Service Request.

Yes DDS coverage is available to all locations where our courier service is available.

The customer shall walk into our nearest service OR send the product to our nearest service center.

D-Link trained technical staff will assist Customers in resolving any network related issues and if found it’s a product issue they will ship the working product directly to your doorstep free of cost. The customer shall receive a replacement product from courier and return defective products to the courier.

Customer shall check call status using this site http://dsms.dlink.co.in/Dsms/dds/ If the replacement is not received in three working days OR for installation help, the customer shall contact nearest D-Link Owned Service Centre (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Secunderabad, Cochin)

D-Link DDS is not available for damage and out of warranty products. The customer shall contact the nearest D-Link service for such requirements.

The warranty period of the accessories like the power adapter is 3 months from Date from Purchase. In case the warranty period of 3 months is exhausted, then the customer has to purchase the accessory from the nearest D-Link Service Centre.

Terms & Conditions

  • D-Link direct service to your door step is premium service provided to Customer free of cost. This is not part of warranty commitment to Customer.
  • Customer required to exchange defective against replacement of Product.
  • D-Link provide re-conditioned replacement unit of same model Or upgrade Model to Customer.
  • Customer will get same warranty for replacement unit also.
  • If returned defective unit is damaged and mishandled Or different model Or Change Serial no#, then customer is agree to pay necessary charges. If not paid product warranty will be void.
  • Courier will make two attempts of delivery. If Customer is not available then replacement unit returned to D-Link and Call will be cancelled.
  • DDS service is limited to courier reach. For any remote locations customer need to send Defective on to pay basis to nearest D-Link Service Centre for replacement.
