IWhich all consumer products DDS support available?
D-Link DDS is currently valid on selected consumer products. The product list is available on D-Link service website www.dlink.co.in/dds/. Further, products that carry D-Link DDS support have an DDS sticker pasted on the box.

IIIs it necessary to register my product OR Pay any charges to avail DDS service?
Registration is not required and DDS Service is absolutely free. D-Link is offering this premium service free.

IIIWho can Log the request? OR How do I log the DDS request?
For Customer there are four easy options DDS Service Request.

IVWhich all Locations DDS Service is available?
Yes DDS coverage is available to all locations where our courier service is available.

VHow do I get DDS Service for Location DDS courier is not available?
Customer shall walk in to our nearest service OR send product to our nearest service centre.

VIWhat happens once DDS Service request is done?
D-Link trained technical staff will assist Customer in resolving any network related issues and if found it’s a product issues they will ship the working product directly to your doorstep at free of cost. Customer shall receive replacement product from courier and return defective product to courier.

VIHow to check DDS Service Call status ? Or What to do if replacement is not received in 3 working days? Or Replacement product is not able install OR it is defective ?
Customer shall check call status using this site http://dsms.dlink.co.in/Dsms/dds/ If the replacement is not received in three working days OR for installation help, the Customer shall contact DDS help desk # 0832-668999 for support.

VIWhether DDS Service available for damaged product Or Out of warranty products?
D-Link DDS is not available for damage and out of warranty products. Customer shall contact nearest D-Link service for such requirements.

VIWhat is the warranty period of the accessories?
The warranty period of the accessories like the power adapter is 3 months from Date from Purchase. In case the warranty period of 3 months is exhausted, then customer has to purchase the accessory from the nearest D-Link Service Centre.

VIHow do I track my courier shipment status?
The customer can go and track the courier status from the site www.firstflight.net
